Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now closed for exhibition proposals through to end of 2025. This EOI process is now under review. New dates for EOIs for exhibition proposals from 2026-2027 will be announced in 2024.

Exhibition proposals should include:
- a rationale outlining the concept of the exhibition
- a brief description of what the artworks to be exhibited are about
- artist statement and cv of participating artist/s
- images of the work, preferably digital photographs
- logistics: number of works, medium, linear metres/ floor space required
- any special requirements to mount the work
- any possible workplace, health and safety issues with the artworks
