Lindy Wissler’s photographic works express underlying anxieties in the relationship between new housing construction and the native landscape. Her works subtly acknowledge people’s aspirations for security which relegate landscape to the periphery. Wissler creates photographs using a variety of techniques, including re-photographing projections over built forms and digital double exposures.
