Unwrapped presents a selection of works from the Redland Art Gallery Collection, all recently acquired by gift or donation. Curated by Karyn Cameron, this exhibition focuses on and encourages the importance of developing collections through the practice of giving. Exhibition features include a number of works donated to Redland City Council through the Australian Government’s Cultural Gifts Program.
Many of these artworks will be on display for the first time, providing audiences with the opportunity to view a dynamic selection of original works from both emerging and established artists who share a connection with the Redlands and greater Queensland.
