Phase 2 (Concept Development):
Shortlisted Applicants Advised: Thursday 17 April, 2025
Shortlisted Applicants Concept Proposals due: Monday, 12 May, 2025
Shortlisted Applicants present completed concepts to selection panel: Tuesday, 13 May, 2025
