Placemaking centres on creating a space for youth to communicate issues that are relevant to them and to the wider community. Urban artist Sarah Sculley uses the human form, typography and colour to create bold works inspired by personal events, emotional pitfalls and the need to find the positive in every situation. This exhibition brings her bright work together with the photography of Lara Furst to create a place that explores the universal challenges experienced by Redlands Coast youth.

An exhibition held in conjunction with International Youth Day 2020.

This project is supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
