Redland Art Gallery (RAG) ticketing services are provided through Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC), as part of the Creative Arts Unit of Redland City Council (Council).

RPAC is committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Council policies. The information you provide is collected for the purpose of processing ticket purchases, enhancing customer interactions with RAG and RPAC, and providing relevant information, services and communications to you.

Security of Your Personal Information

RPAC is committed to helping protect the security of the personal information you provide. Personal information we collect is stored on password-protected servers with restricted access, and we use various technologies and procedures to help protect this information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encrypted connection methods.

We do not store credit card details or process payment transactions directly through the RAG or RPAC website. All credit card transactions are processed securely by approved third-party payment providers.

Email Correspondence

We will only use your email address to contact you regarding ticketed events, including event cancellations, venue changes or other important event updates, and for marketing or research purposes where you have specifically agreed to receive such communications.

Email sent to and from this site may be treated as a public record and retained in accordance with the Public Records Act 2023 (Qld) and other relevant legislation and regulations. Email messages may be monitored by authorised support personnel for system troubleshooting, maintenance and security purposes.

Use of Your Personal Information

Your name and contact details will not be added to a marketing list, nor disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

If you opt in to receive e-news or marketing communications, you are giving permission for RPAC, RAG and the Creative Arts Unit of Redland City Council to send you information about upcoming performances, exhibitions, events, programs and other products and services that may be of interest.

As a patron using RPAC Ticketing services, including for RAG events and activities, your information may be retained and used for the following purposes:

  • contacting patrons regarding event cancellations or changes
  • notifying patrons of changes to event, exhibition or performance details
  • replacing lost tickets
  • ticket distribution and collection services
  • obtaining transaction authorisation and ensuring the lawful use of payment methods

  • marketing upcoming performances, exhibitions, events and programs (where consent has been provided)
