Over the past 20 years, photographer Jo-Anne Driessens has been creating intimate, spirited and powerful imagery that documents people, communities and Country from
across South East Queensland.

Salt Marsh Whispers draws on her existing film archives and new works to translate history, life and dreams of place. Focusing on local stories and affirming the ongoing cultural existence of people, this exhibition celebrates the contemporary importance of photographic mediums within Aboriginal culture.
