Days Like These explores and celebrates life on Russell Island. The film was made by community members and students of Grade 1 and Grade 7 at Russell Island State School in 2009. Commissioned by the Redland City Council, Days Like These was produced by artist Chris Dew and directed by award-winning animator Dave Jones, in partnership with Russell Island State School.
Visitors to the gallery will also be able to contribute their own artwork in the accompanying activity galleries.
